First, before we examine what causes hemroids, What Exactly Are Hemorrhoids?

Hemorrhoids (sometimes written as Hemroids) are also known as “piles”. They are basically varicose veins on/in your rectum or anus. It is estimated that 50% of the population will suffer from hemorrhoids at some point in their lifetime. There are two types of hemorrhoids. You can have the internal or external variety. And yes, you can have both at the same time.

What Causes Hemroids (Hemorrhoids) To Bleed?

Many people will actually have internal hemorrhoids without ever knowing it. They feel like they have to have a bowel movement or a little “stuffed up”, without realizing it’s a hemorrhoid issue. Once internal hemorrhoids start to bleed or clot the sufferer becomes aware that there’s a problem. If the blood supply gets cut of to an internal hemorrhoid it is called “strangulated”. Strangulated hemorrhoids can cause an enormous amount of pain.

External hemorrhoids are found just outside the opening of your anus under the skin. They can become very sensitive and painful. Most noticeable when you wipe yourself after a bowel movement.

What Are The Causes Of Hemoroid (Hemorrhoids)

The most common cause is increased pressure in the abdomen. They can be brought on or encouraged by straining and pushing too hard during bowel movements, sitting on cold cement, pregnancy, lifting heavy objects repeatedly, gaining excess weight and sitting or standing for extremely long periods of time.

I’ve created this blog to test a herbal remedy for hemorrhoids called Venapro. If you would like to surf around this blog you’ll eventually read my conclusion to the question “Does Venapro Work?” And, you’ll be able to find out more information about piles, and what causes hemroids.
